In the Spring and Summer The Courtyard is the place to be!

 They have an fabulous menu and outdoor music!

A couple of weekends ago, we met out friends Cassy & Dustin with there 2 kiddos. We had a great time and the children really enjoyed it!!

When we finished eating, we all went out back to see the "vintage" choo choo. You can't go inside but the kids love to climb on it!!

I can't wait to go back and if you are in the downtown Gadsden area........

Emily's Moving On

Last Monday we headed to

 Emily's Kindergarten Awards Day!

We are so proud of her! She is so smart and made all A's!!

I can't believe she is going to be in the 1st grade!!

I know that she will be just as fabulous in the 1st as she was in kindergarten!!

Meet Carver

We are all so excited to

Welcome Sweet Baby Carver !!

It all started early Thursday morning, I waited by the phone all day!  Finally at 2:00 in the afternoon, Janine calls and gives me an update!  I jumped up and headed toward the hospital. 

 I got to see Natalie before she went for her c-section to giver her a kiss and tell her I loved her!!

Around 5:22,  Carver made his debut!!

He weighed 8lbs 8 oz and 22 in long!

Zac came through the door pushing sweet Carver.

 We all were soooo thrilled!!

Isn't he just a doll baby??

Oh we all fell right in love with this little guy!!

Who does he favor??

HIS MOMMY!!

Sophie Clare was very intrigued by Carver and everything they were doing. She talked about him the whole way to the hospital. She wanted to know if  "Carvey" would have a "dipe dipe" on?? haha I of course told her that they would put a diaper on Carver.

My mom painted Carver's banner!

  It looks so cute in his room!!

Natalie done a fabulous job decorating it!!

Emily has to be the best present opener I know!!

She is trilled and is seems to be totally beside herself as she is opening her gifts!!

It Paint Time

On Saturday Emily celebrated her birthday with friends early!!

Her birthday is in June and you know how the Summer is.........busy!! 

She had the cutest birthday party!!

It was a painting party full of butterflies!!

A sweet lady came and directed the girls how to paint a butterfly!

They all did a fabulous job.

She is such a beautiful girl!!

A Celebration

I have tons to catch up on!!

We have been super duper busy!!

So bare with me in playing catch up!!

Friday night we got together to celebrate Ben!!

He graduated a few weeks ago with a Bachelor of Science in Emergancy Medical Services at the University of South Alabama!!

He plans to pursue a degree as a Physicians Assistant.

We are so proud of him!! At times he has worked 2 jobs to support his family and still stayed in school!!
