Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween!!   We had a very low key night which was not to bad thing.  We started out by getting ready and I was painting Sophie Clare's face. She was not sure about it at first then she said " maw maw love it" I said of course she will. She kinda wanted to wipe it off but ended up leaving on and doing really good.  Our first stop was maw maw's. Uncle Alton and Aunt Janine were there.

We thought that Sophie Clare was the cutest Raggedy Ann. ;-)

Maw maw gave her a treat bag and she had tons of fun going through it!

Next we went to a local church's trunk or treat.  Then is was off to Uncle Alton and Aunt Rita's. They have new kittens and of course we already had ours picked out. We go by just about everyday to visit the sweet little kitty's. Apparently ours was ready to come home with us. Aunt Rita asked Sophie Clare if she wanted to carry the kitty home, she said yes! She picked it up and was ready to go. 

We got home with it and let me just say that this was Sophie Clare's best Halloween.

I promise you that she held the kitty for at least 45 Min's without putting it down. 

She loved on it, put it in her stroller, wrapped it up like a baby, rocked it, and even made it a house.

She also has put it in a butterfly net, her daddy's boot and wanted it to take a bath with her.  I don't think a birthday gift or Christmas gift is going to top this adorable kitty cat!

Last year for her birthday day, Matia Grace, Max and Andrea gave her a cute pet carrier with a cat, food bowl, brush, comp, nail polish, hair dryer and much more. She carried the cat in it for a while and even brushed its fluffy hair!

She is is love with this sweet kitty and I love seeing her so happy!!

Fall Fun with Friends

This past  Friday, we had planned to get a few of Sophie Clare's friends over for an outdoor Fall Party. With the weather taking a turn for the worse.......COLD AND RAINY.  I got permission to move it to the church. It was perfect!!   Sophie Clare was beyond thrilled that friends were coming to play.

This kiddos had tons of fun playing on the bouncy and got along great.

These 3 were sitting on the stairs so cute. April got the cutest pic with all 3 of them looking and smiling. When I got over there, Sophie Clare would not even look my way. haha

Dressing Up For Story Time

Saturday, the local library was hosting a special Fall Festival Day. Every hour on the hour would be a story, movie, crafts and the kiddos could dress up. We met the girls there around 10. They looks soooo adorable. Sophie Clare was way excited that they were there!! As soon as we pulled up, she said Aunt Annie's car. haha  The girls went into the movie room and watched a little Barney.

Luke brought her 2 pumpkins and they were little cuties.

We had such a fabulous time although we did miss Andrea, Max and Matia Grace.

Good evening all!! 

 Everyone in my house is sound asleep. I am going to blog really quick and lay on the sofa!! :) Sophie Clare is my little craft girl! She loves anything to do with writing, colos (coloring), markner( markers),  glue, cutting, ect.  We had some cereal that was a little stale so we used it to make a pumpkin. I thought it turned out really cute!

We have been working on tracing things and Angie told me about a great website........Twisty noodle. You can choose from tons of color pages and change the wording and font. VERY COOL.  We did a few for the season.  We have been only tracing shapes so I thought she did really good for her 1st time.

I can not believe she is going to be 3 years old in one month! 

Where has time gone?? 

I better get busy, we have a birthday outfit, mom is working on the invite and  I have worked on the menu (a little).............still lots to do to celebrate her fabulous little life!!

 We are beyond blessed!!

Happy Friday night at 11:35PM!!

 I have been trying to blog for 2 days now. Blogger has been giving me a hard time uploading pics and Sophie Clare is not lettingme get much done these days. 

I am trying to stay up late and catch up, if I don't I am going to be..............

Wednesday, we stayed in and baked cupcakes for my sweet cubbies.

She looked at the box many times and told me I needed water and eggs! haha

She really loves to "use" the mixer but it makes me so nervous. I am so afraid she is going to stick a finger in there. I tell her over and over, not to stick her fingers in the bowl.

As we finshed making our cupcakes, I braided her hair on each side. It looks soooo cute and she looks to much like a little girl.

I needed to braid her hair to get it out of the way for her "Halloween costume"'. She is the sweetest Raggedy Ann I have have seen!  We dressed up for Trunk or Treat at our church. We went down to my moms (trying to get some cute pics)
